Barbara Depta

Barbara Depta, the founder of Resync Your Body and CEO of Resync, is a visionary & authentically compassionate leader with over a decade of experience helping athletes across different professional leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, PGA, LPGA, and MMA) perform at their best by addressing the fascial system.

She learned from her athletic professional journey how cranial rhythm, fascial tissue & neurovascular health were affected by injuries athletes face.

Over the last decade, she has been laser-focused on how fascia impacts other systems that affect athletes’ performance and recovery.

In 2017 she created the Resync supplement line used today by many pro teams in MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, and USWNT to improve their recovery.

Her patented training & rehab tool to support neurovascular & myofascial health is used by sports medicine therapists across the US.
