To ensure quality, each item is physically inspected, case logged and photographed to ensure consistency and no defects with 100% genuine Resyncyourbody customer satisfaction.
We are always dedicated to making sure your experience ordering from Resync Your Body, LLC. (“Resyncyourbody”), the owner and operator of ResyncYourBody.com is as smooth and efficient as possible. Please see below for the shipping methods we offer, so you can choose the one that is right for you and know when to expect your order. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Resyncyourbody.
United States shipping methods and delivery ETAs:
- USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 (depending on location) business days after the item ships (Standard Shipping Method)
- FedEx Ground: 1-7 (depending on location) business days after the item ships
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 (depending on location) business day after the item ships
- FedEx Priority Overnight: 1 business day after the item ships

Note: International shipments may be subject to import tax and duties based off of country regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to check any associated cost before ordering. By placing an order for international delivery, you hereby agree to these terms and agree to pay any inbound fees upon delivery. Answers to some shipping FAQs:
- Please note free shipping offers are applicable ONLY for web orders with our standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail option) in the USA (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Please allow 2-3 business days for such delivery after your order is placed, processed and shipped out.
- Orders placed after 2pm EST may not go out until the next business day. Orders made over the weekend or holidays will not go out until the next business day.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Replacements
Videos and Other Downloadable or Streaming Materials:
There are no refunds, exchanges or replacements for online videos & other downloadable or streaming materials (eBooks, Webinars, Downloads, etc.).
All orders for Resync products are fulfilled by Resync, LLC and its return policy located at [link] applies to those orders. All inquiries regarding Resync Products should be addressed to email@example.com and handled through ResyncProducts.com or by calling the Resync office at 561-469-7655
All Other Products:
If you are not completely satisfied with any other products you have purchased from Resyncyourbody, please use the following procedure within 30 days of purchase. Any request made past 30 days will not be considered or reviewed.
Information regarding the return, exchange or replacement of physical products (other than Resync products), must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the purchase date. Please include your name, contact information, order number, products and quantities, and photographs/videos of damaged products or packaging if applicable.
Be sure to include your reason for your request, so that we can determine as promptly as possible whether to issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Approval). All returns, exchanges, and replacements must receive an RMA. Otherwise, the return, exchange or replacement will not be accepted. Resyncyourbody will determine, at its discretion, if a return will result in a refund, exchange, replacement or store credit. Please note, Resyncyourbody reserves the right to limit refunds, returns, exchanges and replacements, with or without a receipt, for any reason.
The product must be unused, unworn, in “new” condition, and include all original packaging and parts of purchase. All tags must be intact and on the product. Any artwork, logos, and or imprints on physical products must remain fully intact and visible with no wear. If any product, material, or components is damaged in any way (not caused by the shipping carrier), you will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, replacement or store credit.
For approved requests, please ship the product in a box via a trackable and insured shipping method so that your return can be traced and verified. Resyncyourbody is not responsible for lost or missing items shipped to our facility. Eligibility for store credit is for the physical items returned only. Original shipping cost and any associated cost to return, exchange or replace will not be refunded. Once received, a store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.
Any purchase made at a discounted price (such as a Core Boot™ System) is only eligible for store credit in the amount of the actual discounted cost paid by the purchaser. If, for any reason, you would like to return only a specific component (for instance, a portion of a Core Boot™ System), the price of the component at discounted cost will be eligible to the customer as a store credit. Amounts will vary based on product pricing.
Full Refunds are only available for medical conditions with a written statement from your physician explain why the product cannot be used. A refund is only available for physical items returned as instructed and only for the actual purchase price. Any associated shipping cost will not be refunded. Any approved refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment and will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
Sizing Issues & Exchanges
Sizing charts are available on our FAQ page and the Core Boot product pages and should be checked before purchases are made.
To determine if you are properly applying the Core Boot product to your foot, please watch the “How to put Core Boot on” video in your video gallery.
If the purchased Core Boot does not fit, we will exchange it for the correct size. Photos or videos must be provided before approval for exchange, for proper sizing assessment and for a Resyncyourbody team member to effectively assist you in the exchange process. The product you wish to exchange must meet all requirements described above and must be received within 30 days of your original order date. If we do not have proper sizing to accommodate you, there may be additional delays for production, and additional cost for your individual sizing. Any additional cost difference must be paid before shipment of the replacement size.

We, unfortunately, cannot accept returns or provide refunds from purchases made through a third-party. If you purchased your product from another retailer, please contact that retailer for assistance.
Product Limited Warranty
Resyncyourbody warrants all physical products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for 30 days from the date of receipt of the product by the purchaser. Resyncyourbody does not provide any warranty on downloadable or streaming products, such as videos. Cosmetic deterioration from use or misuse does not indicate a defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty is made only to the original owner of the new product. All warranty claims must be filed within the applicable warranty period to be valid. The sole remedy for breach of this warranty shall be repair or replacement of the defective product.
The purchaser is responsible for the proper and safe maintenance, storage, and use of the product. Resyncyourbody products should only be used according to the product instructions detailed in the Resyncyourbody instructional videos, online course material, and YouTube video demonstrations. Each user of a product must review the Resyncyourbody instructional videos prior to beginning their Resyncyourbody training/practice to familiarize themselves with the science, form and instructions for each move. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE USED INDOORS, IN A SAFE AND UNOBSTRUCTED LOCATION, ON A CLEAN, FLAT, DRY SURFACE AND STRICTLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED WITH THE PRODUCT AND IN THE ASSOCIATED VIDEOS.
Resyncyourbody does not take any legal responsibility for use of the Core Boot, its individual components or any other products in any other ways than instructed within the associated videos.
The Limited Warranty does not apply if Resyncyourbody determines in its absolute discretion that any of the following have occurred:
- Accidental or intentional damage, abuse, misuse or neglect
- Alterations or modifications to the product
- Use of the product that is not in accordance with the instructional videos or other instructions provided with the product.
To submit a claim under this Limited Warranty, email firstname.lastname@example.org. If Resyncyourbody approves your claim, you will be notified via email and we will ship a replacement product, free of charge via standard shipping. Please allow for 10-14 business days to complete requests. International requests may take longer. If it has been determined that your product is not covered by this warranty, you will be notified via email.
*After 30 days past the initial point of payment, credit card refunds cannot be processed. Refunds are available as store credit only.
Resyncyourbody EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, AND CUSTOMER HEREBY WAIVES, ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
The prices for products are stated in U.S. dollars. The price for an order placed by you may include additional costs, such as taxes, surcharges, shipping, handling and other fees. You are responsible for the payment of any such additional costs. The total price of the order will be displayed to you before you legally accept the order.
International Taxes and Duties
Please note that additional charges for shipping, duty and taxes may apply. These fees are calculated upon import by the destination country and paid by the customer. These fees are not regulated by Resyncyourbody and are nonrefundable because they are retained by a third party. Please note if you are unwilling to pay these fees, you will not be refunded the cost of your order.
Credit card information will be processed on ResyncYourBody.com by Resyncyourbody or its third party vendor. You will receive email notification of your order placement, confirmation, and shipping. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add our email to your contact list to prevent missing order confirmation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. When paying with a credit card, you authorize Resyncyourbody to charge the applicable card in the amount of the order at the time your order is shipped, or in the case of downloadable products, at the time of the order. If your order requires more than one shipment, we will charge your card separately for each shipment. You will only pay one shipping charge regardless of how many shipments are required to complete your order. You represent and warrant that you are the cardholder of the applicable card. If your card is rejected by the card issuer, your order will not be shipped or fulfilled.
Cancellation of Order by ResyncYourbody
Resyncyourbody reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, for example: (i) limitations on quantities available for purchase; (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information on the Site; or (iii) our inability to confirm or obtain authorization for charges to your credit card. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting an order. Resyncyourbody will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a refund in the amount of the charge to your credit card.
Cancellation of Order by You
You can cancel your order on our site before you have received an electronic shipping confirmation notice by sending a cancelation request to “email@example.com” with the following information: Name, Shipping Address, Order Number, and Reason for Cancellation. However, if you have already received a shipping confirmation email, it will not be possible to cancel your order. In that case, you can return the product in accordance with our Return Policy. You may return Products, unopened, in their original packaging. You will need to pay for shipping. Upon receipt of such Products, Resyncyourbody will credit your account for the purchase price.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for products will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier, such as FedEx, UPS, the U.S. Postal Service, or other third party shipper.
