Once you hear Barbara & Lauri sharing the industry’s biggest myth and how it contributes to miscommunication among fitness experts, you will never doubt what needs to be done first to keep the body hydrated and elastic.

With that clarity, you’ll add value to your current routines and programs. This knowledge will enable you to use critical concepts in your training to impact elasticity and help you bounce back from stiffness.

You will get an infographic, “Fascia & Aging Connection,” based on the newest research. It will create an exciting clarity on how these routines will help you keep the body elastic.

Each theory video is quick and precise, between 3-10 minutes long.

Evidence-Based Hydration Routines

You will go through six evidence-based, hydration & elasticity-focused routines to meet each client’s needs—detailed, joyful, and impactful exercises suitable for one-on-one or small groups.

Since aging is a process of drying out, and the connective tissue around muscles becomes stiffer, you have an opportunity to gain specialized and empowering knowledge, skills, and tools to help yourself move better as you age.

Each routine is a skillful interplay that will help you impact stiffened muscular and fascial structures from the ground up and improve motor cortex atrophy that occurs as we age.

Each routine is between 6 and 17 minutes long.

About The Instructors

 

Lori

Lauri D. Nemetz 

Lauri is an Adjunct Professor at Pace University (Pleasantville, NY), a 2020 recipient of the President’s Award for Outstanding Contribution; a visiting Associate Professor in the Department of Physical Medicine at Rush University Medical Center (Chicago, IL); and an anatomical dissector and lead teacher with several projects including the Fascial Net Plastination Project (FNPP) and KNM-Labs with Leslie Kaminoff (Yoga Anatomy). 

She was a senior faculty member and dissection assistant for Anatomy Trains® from 2010 to 2020, certified by Thomas Myers. 

She is a New York licensed creative arts therapist (LCAT), an active member of the American Association for Anatomy, a board-certified dance/movement therapist and member of the American Dance Therapy Association (ADTA), a certified yoga teacher at the 500-hour level, a Stott Pilates instructor, and certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT).  

Lauri has exhibited her artwork internationally with themes of anatomy and movement and also kayak guides occasionally, in addition to being a dedicated trail walker and runner. She loves creating spaces for growth and learning.

Barbara Depta

Barbara is the founder of Resync Your Body and CEO of Resync. She is a visionary & authentically compassionate leader in the fascia industry with over a decade of experience helping athletes across different professional leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, PGA, LPGA, and MMA) recover faster and perform at their best.

In 2010, she became one of the first Fascia Stretch Specialists (Level 3) in the US. That was just the beginning of her journey with fascia.
