01 — BODY: Feel the difference

The upright position supports natural posture while low-frequency vibration (40-86 Hz) begins beneath the pelvis and travels upward through the seated body and along the spine. This provides rich mechanical sensory input, creating a bottom-up experience that helps strengthen body awareness and mind-body connection. See value & science below.

02 — BRAIN: Hear The Difference

Carefully engineered neuroacoustic audio uses a 10 Hz auditory target within the alpha brainwave range—associated with relaxed attention and presence—and is designed to support a calm, focused state without forcing it. Brainwave state used in creative problem-solving and sports.

03 — PERFORMANCE: Train Your Response

Somatic coaching turns what you feel and notice into better performance. Your internal state influences how you focus, communicate, make decisions, and respond under pressure. These coaching protocols help you recognize those internal signals, build adaptability, and operate at your highest potential.

WHAT ARE YOU INTERNALLY CONDITIONING™

As more of life becomes optimized, automated, and externally supported, our ability to sense, connect, regulate, adapt, focus, and choose our response remains deeply human.

Internal Conditioning™ turns inward, focusing on what can’t be outsourced: your ability to connect and sense yourself, direct your attention, adapt under pressure, regulate your response, and choose how you show up.

The goal isn’t perpetual relaxation. It’s a greater range to help you operate at your highest level.

01 — INTERNAL FLEXIBILITY™

Adapt to changing demands without becoming internally rigid or stuck in one state so you can remain available to yourself.

02 — SELF-REGULATION

Recognize changes in your internal state and practice influencing your response.

03 — FOCUSED ATTENTION

Reduce internal noise and return your attention to what matters.

04 — RECOVERY CAPACITY

Practice returning to a more useful internal state following physical, mental, or emotional demand.

05 —SELF-LEADERSHIP

Create more space between what you experience and how you choose to respond.

You can’t condition what you can’t sense.

The body is constantly receiving information from within and around you. Becoming more aware of those signals gives you something to notice and creates an opportunity to influence what happens next.

WHY LOW-FREQUENCY VIBRATION?

Low-frequency vibration provides mechanical sensory input you can physically feel through the body.

Rather than relying on the mind alone to create awareness, vibration gives the body a physical signal to notice, breathe with, move with, and respond to.

The body detects mechanical information through receptors in the skin, muscles, joints, and connective tissues. Fascia is richly innervated and contains sensory structures involved in mechanical sensation, proprioception, and nociception.

Research across vibroacoustic and mechanical-vibration fields has explored relationships with sensory processing, pain, muscle tone, autonomic activity, and peripheral circulation.

WHY 40 · 50 · 52 · 68 · 86 Hz BODY VIBRATION

The frequencies used in the Resync Your Body™ system have been explored, especially by vibroacoustic therapy pioneer Olav Skille, and tested for decades to assess how they interact with the body across several systems.

INTEROCEPTION + BODY AWARENESS

Interoception is the ability to sense and interpret signals from within the body—such as changes in our breathing, heartbeat, tension, temperature, and internal arousal.

Why does it matter for our well-being? Interoceptive information helps the brain understand what is happening inside the body and contributes to emotion regulation, stress responses, attention, self-awareness, and adaptive behavior. The goal isn’t simply to feel more, but to become better at noticing internal signals and responding to them appropriately.

Research combining vibroacoustic stimulation with breath-focused mindfulness has reported improvements in interoceptive awareness and sustained attention compared with breath-focused practice alone, suggesting that vibration may help make bodily signals more accessible to awareness.

SENSORY PROCESSING + CONNECTIVE TISSUE

Fascia is richly innervated and contains sensory structures responsive to mechanical input. Vibration provides a physical stimulus that can be detected through tactile, proprioceptive, and other mechanosensory pathways—giving the nervous system information about what is happening in and around the body.

AUTONOMIC REGULATION + STRESS

Low-frequency vibroacoustic stimulation has been investigated in relation to heart rate variability, stress perception, mood, and autonomic regulation. Early human studies suggest potential effects on autonomic activity, although findings remain preliminary and are not yet consistent across studies.

PAIN + MUSCLE TONE

Pain is one of the most studied applications of vibroacoustic therapy since the 1960s. A 2022 scoping review found 40 Hz was the most frequently used frequency across the studies it examined. Individual studies have reported changes in pain, muscle tension, mobility, and related symptoms, while reviews emphasize that larger controlled trials are still needed.

CIRCULATION + VASCULAR RESPONSE

Mechanical vibration has also been studied for its effects on peripheral circulation. Human studies using local or whole-body vibration have reported increases in skin blood flow and, in some studies, changes in nitric-oxide-related responses. These studies use different vibration technologies than the Resync Your Body™ system, but they contribute to understanding how the body may respond to mechanical vibration.

The research is continuing to evolve.

FROM BODY TO BRAIN

Feeling vibration through the body is only one part of the Internal Conditioning™ sensory experience.

Neuro-audio adds a second pathway through sound—giving the mind an auditory focal point of attention while the body simultaneously receives physical sensory input.

When you combine these sensory systems, you maximize your results.

Internal Conditioning™ isn’t designed simply to change how your body feels. It’s designed to help you practice the relationship between what your body senses, where your attention goes, and how you respond.

WHY 10 Hz NEURO-AUDIO

10 Hz falls within the alpha range of brain activity, commonly associated with relaxed wakefulness, internally directed attention, and eyes-closed resting states.

The Internal Conditioning™ neuro-audio uses 10 Hz-targeted rhythmic auditory stimulation through headphones as another layer of the sensory experience—pairing what you feel through the body with what you hear through sound.

Research into auditory stimulation and brainwave entrainment has investigated whether rhythmic sound—including amplitude modulation and binaural beats—can influence neural activity, attention, relaxation, and cognitive states. Findings are promising, and it’s important to note that the goal is not to force a state. It’s to create an environment in which you can practice accessing one.

A 2017 study by Neff and colleagues investigated 10 Hz amplitude-modulated sound and demonstrated that the auditory system can be specifically stimulated using sound modulated at an alpha-range frequency. The study was conducted in people with tinnitus, so its clinical findings should not be generalized to healthy performance—but it provides direct research precedent for the use of 10 Hz amplitude-modulated auditory stimulation.

Research on brainwave entrainment is promising, but not yet conclusive.
A 2023 systematic review examined 14 EEG studies of binaural-beat stimulation. Five studies supported the brainwave-entrainment hypothesis, eight reported contradictory findings, and one reported mixed results. Some studies observed increased EEG activity within targeted frequency bands—including alpha—while others did not.

What the research supports today: rhythmic auditory stimulation can interact with neural activity, but hearing a 10 Hz-targeted stimulus does not guarantee that the brain will enter or remain in a particular state.

That is why Internal Conditioning™ uses 10 Hz neuro-audio as sensory input for practice.

Why I Created Internal Conditioning™

A woman is doing yoga on the beach

Hi I’m Barbara (Basia),

On January 19th 2025, I discovered that my LAD (“widowmaker” artery) was 80% blocked.

That moment forced me to completely rethink how I process stress and connect with my nervous system.

I spent years helping high performers strengthen and recover their bodies while demanding more and more from my own.

Eventually, I realized that physical strength wasn’t enough. What mattered just as much was the state I was living, deciding, communicating, and connecting from daily.

Internal Conditioning™ grew from that realization: we need practices that help us work with ourselves from the inside—not only train ourselves from the outside.

The system brings together the tools that became part of that practice: low-frequency vibration, sound, breath, movement, and somatic self-leadership coaching.

By December 19, 2025, the plaque was gone. My medical team called it remarkable. I know deeply what made a major difference. I feel our heart health starts in our nervous system.

Stress is inevitable, but staying disconnected from our body doesn’t have to be.

I’m truly excited for you to experience the system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why upright posture matters

Life happens in the vertical plane – we think, communicate, work, and make decisions while sitting upright, not lying down.

The Resync Your Body chair is intentionally designed to support the body in a healthy, grounded upright posture with an open stance (healthier for the lower back), allowing vibration to travel from the pelvis and sacrum upward through the spine—your body’s central signal tower.

Why Barbara created Resync Your Body Internal Conditioning™ System?

Barbara Depta created the Resync Your Body Internal Conditioning™ System during one of the most pivotal moments of her life. In January 2025, she learned that her LAD artery was 80% blocked, and that’s when she took full ownership of her heart health through internal conditioning, and this chair and system was created from that experience.

Do I need to be able an athlete to use the Resync Your Body Internal Conditioning™ System?

This system was designed for anyone who wants to change how they process stress and wants to act from alignment, not burnout.

Can kids use the Resync Your Body Internal Conditioning™ System or the Chair?

Yes, even though the system includes audio coaching applicable to adults (18+), the chair sound vibration frequencies are “kid-friendly” and can be lowered in volume at anytime.
