When I coach any athletes, I want to make sure I find ways to let them feel & control, not only their body strength, mobility or structural balance, but also their thoughts as well. Please let me elaborate a little bit.

Have you ever thought, how much better would your body feel, perform, and look like, if you paid attention to your thoughts and people surrounding you?

What would your body look like, if you didn’t hold negative feelings, and beliefs?

How do these thoughts make you feel every day? Can you notice any storylines you are holding into, any names that make you feel less happy, places and people you associate them with? What psychological and physical disturbances you have because of that negative energy coming out of your thought  process?

How do your thoughts make you feel, have you wondered about that? Can you see these thoughts in a different way?

What would your life be like, if you didn’t hold these beliefs?

Can you imagine the positive benefits to your relationships, energy level, motivation and potential success in life? Your higher energy, and happiness can be in the simple understanding that what you practice, and repeat in your mind, starts to become more automatic, and authentic. There are some things in life we cannot control, but we definitely can put limitations over negative thoughts. We are the creators of our own health and well-being, and we need to nurture ourselves to be happier and more energetic. You can control your own thoughts & reactions to other people actions. When you start to pay attention to these things, you will realize how amazing it feels to be constantly in charge of your own happiness.
